Day 1
Welcome to Costa Rica – Start your healing journey through introductions and a Liquid Reiki Shamanic Sound Healing session
Welcome to your rejuvenation and self-discovery journey in Costa Rica, starting with a warm group transfer from the airport to the tranquil Pura Vida Retreat & Spa. Upon arrival, you’ll have leisure time to unwind before the retreat officially begins with a captivating ceremony led by Rachel, featuring Liquid Reiki Shamanic Sound Healing for self-healing and consciousness expansion. The ceremony includes intention setting for a week of profound healing. The day concludes with a welcome dinner, offering delightful flavors and heartfelt connections to nourish both body and soul, inviting you to release what no longer serves you and embrace new possibilities.
Day 2
Channeled messages, sound healing, and reflection help you release, shift, and grow
Start your day with a nourishing breakfast followed by a profound session of Trance Channeled Messages from Galactic Water Beings, offering healing and attunement to the seventh-dimensional Earth grid. Rachel provides personal Trance Channeled Messages for a tailored divine communication experience. After a locally-sourced lunch and free time to integrate, the journey continues with Rachel’s session on Trance Channeled Messages and Liquid Reiki Shamanic Sound Healing, connecting you to the 7D Water Grid and channeling guidance from Water Beings. The session includes Silent Connection and Reflection, deepening your healing and offering a sharing circle for group insights. Day 3
Reconnect with the heartbeat of nature at the La Paz Waterfall Gardens before an afternoon of spiritual work with Rachel
Begin your day with a nourishing breakfast before embarking on an adventure through Costa Rica’s natural wonders at La Paz Waterfall Gardens near the Poas Volcano. Explore five majestic waterfalls, 3.5 kilometers of walking trails, the largest Animal Sanctuary and Butterfly Observatory in the country, vibrant hummingbird gardens, and the cloud forest with breathtaking waterfall views. Discover the serpentarium, frog exhibit, and bird-watching areas, guided by knowledgeable local naturalists. Back at the retreat, join Rachel for a session of Trance Channeled Messages and Liquid Reiki Shamanic Sound Healing, focusing on attunement to Gaia and the higher dimensional New Earth, followed by Silent Connection and Reflection. Conclude the day with a dinner filled with wonder, magic, and love.
Day 4
Ethereal landscapes and ethereal visualizations guide inner exploration and attunement
Start your day with a delightful breakfast surrounded by nature, followed by a visit to the Green Ark Botanical Gardens on the slopes of Barva Volcano, featuring over 1,600 species of ornamental plants and fruits. Explore thematic terraces with medicinal, edible, and ornamental plants, natural dyes, essential oils, a tropical ‘milpa’ garden, a sacred garden with psychoactive plants, fruit trees, and a tree house. Conclude the garden tour with a six-course farm-to-table lunch at a restaurant with stunning architecture and Central Valley views. In the afternoon, join Rachel for Trance Channeled Messages and Liquid Reiki Shamanic Sound Healing, connecting with cosmic wisdom for deep healing. End the day with a dinner that blends culinary delights with shared stories and reflections, offering a rich immersion in Costa Rica’s natural and spiritual beauty.
Day 5
Spend the day at the hot springs relaxing and integrating
Start your day with a nourishing breakfast before embarking on a full-day escape to Costa Rica’s rejuvenating hot springs. Begin with a scenic drive across the central mountain range, followed by a short hike through a secondary growth forest to reach a private reserve. There, amidst a primary growth forest, you’ll find seven warm, volcanic hot springs pools, each with varying temperatures, depths, and mineral content, known for their therapeutic properties, especially copper-salt. After soaking in these healing waters, return to the retreat for dinner and a silent journey session to reflect and share your thoughts, connecting with others as you process and release.
Day 6
A day of channeled messages and healing modalities close out a life-changing experience in Costa Rica
Our final full day begins with breakfast and Trance Channeled Messages from Star Helpers, providing guidance and healing. Participants receive personal messages and healings, connecting with their Starseed origins and guides. After transformative sessions, a period of Silent Connection and Reflection with Liquid Reiki Shamanic Healing and group sharing fosters a supportive community. After lunch, the afternoon features the Star Being Helpers Connection Circle, using CE-5 techniques to contact higher vibrational beings, followed by a discussion and sharing of experiences. The day concludes with a final dinner, reflecting on the week’s insights and contemplating changes for home.
Day 7
Share gratitude and closure
Rise and shine for one final breakfast, followed by a Closing Ceremony for gratitude and sharing, reflecting on the insights gained, natural beauty embraced, and spiritual connections deepened. After checking out, a group transfer to the airport ensures a smooth return journey. What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
TourHero Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

You may change or cancel your trip up until May 4, 2025 for a refund, excluding the deposit amount. After that time, no refunds will be issued. You can change or cancel your trip in your TourHero account by clicking on Your Trips.
Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination. TourHero will provide a booking confirmation document after purchase, which may be needed to obtain a visa.
If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.
Do I need a passport for this trip?
A full and valid passport is required for all persons traveling to any destination outside of one’s home country. Most international tours require a passport that’s valid for at least six (6) months beyond the scheduled end of your itinerary. TourHero will not issue refunds based on passport issues such as renewals or lost passports.

The 2023 Smoky Mountains retreat was AMAZING!!! I can’t say it enough! The sound bath, the attunement, the channeling… will blow your mind. The experience you receive by attending an in-person retreat is really beyond words. The high vibration and personal growth and elevation are incredible.
The energy has just been off the chart here. It’s been an absolutely amazing time connecting live with all of these women. I can’t even tell you what it feels like to sit and channel in a room and have multiple lightworkers channeling at this level in one spot at a time.
It’s absolutely amazing. If you ever have the chance, I tell you, you must try to go on one of these retreats. It’s so opening. It’s absolutely great.

Ok y’all. I’m breaking my FB posting hiatus to express extreme gratitude for where I’ve been and where I’m going. I had just had the honor to participate in a retreat in Sevierville this week that was so nourishing, so full of energy and personal healing and growth, and so fulfilling. The women I met were so powerful (I am powerful), amazing (I am amazing) feeling (I am feeling), and nurturing (I am nurturing) and shit has been nonstop from the moment I met them in all the right ways. Thank you to everyone that has supported me, nurtured me, helped me, and to those that I have supported, nurtured, and helped.
When I found Rachel, I was unsure what to expect, but she repeatedly proved with high energy that anything she does is filled with love! I found a fantastic community that she gathered together where I felt accepted, heard, and appreciated. I got a dozen sessions from her that are always on the spot! I also took many of her classes that she taught without the fluff and were straightforward. She is so passionate, funny, and charismatic and has a divine voice that I can listen to her sing all day long! I don’t know how I can even do one day being away from the fantastic group she created.
